Yesterday, after sending the food to my niece , my family had breakfast near the market. Love its roti canai plus kuah dal and sambal kerang.
For lunch, I was a bit lazy so I decided to have a steamboat. I still have the seafood that I bought at pasar tani last Thursday. And for the soup, I used the Adabi chicken stock cube. I didn't add vegetables and fish balls in the soup. Only seafoods. Simple, easy and walla - it's tasty. And for the dipping sauce, no need to think too much, Maepranom Thai sweet chili sauce kan ada. I also fried oyster mushrooms + garlic + shallots+ chili api. Fuhhh!
And for dinner - I only made a simple nasi goreng. But because it's very simple, my husband fried "keropok keping" to eat with the fried rice....best. Thank you 😘.
