Cook like a Master Chef
Yesterday and today, i cooked chicken porridge for my mother in law. Of course, i googled the recipe first because i couldn't cook ordinary porridge like i used to cook. To make it special, i would boil the chicken wings first to get the stock. i boiled it quite long. I also added shredded chicken and carrots into the porridge. Before my husband served the porridge, i would heat it first by adding the chicken stock into it and put a bit salt. i fried shallots and garlic, then i put it on top of the porridge. Not only that , i also put a bit celery leaf to make the porridge smell good.
A good tip from me, before you serve any food, make sure you taste it first. if you don't like it, other people also feel the same. But if you love the taste, so does everybody. Don't just cook because it's your responsibility to prepare the food. Cook with love and make everybody happy with it.
