Habbatus Sauda oil

in 2020, during the mco, i had sinus . it was horrible . I felt better if i sneezed. At that time, people were scared of sneezing. It's a symptom of Covid 19. My dearest husband ordered a bottle of habbatus Sauda oil. Every morning, i drank a tablespoon of it. it's a bit spicy but i felt relieved. i had no more problem in breathing and no more nose blockage. Now, i don't drink it every day because i will have mouth ulcer (it makes me feel hot) . But sometimes when i have a nose blockage, i just take a tablespoon of it and use my tongue to rub it on my palate. After a few minutes, my nose will be ok. All depend on your body whether it can accept this oil or not. It suits me well and not everybody's willing to take it, including my son. Whatever, we must tawakkal to Allah and visit the doctor or specialist first. My nose was x-rayed and that's how i know i had sinus.

Mendada or memperut

A lady with a slim tummy, she can walk 'mendada' ( just like a rooster walks), sexy right, but a lady with a pot belly ( like me ) walks, that is called 'memperut". That's hurt. i should control eating. must eat less rice and do more exercise. But i love eating rice, even my breakfast is also rice. it gives me extra energy to teach my active students. It means at night, i try not to eat rice. Bread will be ok ... but this evening instead of buying bread , i bought marry brown chicken porridge. haiiii need to control my appetite. Last night, i managed to eat bread for my dinner but early this morning, i went to the canteen to have my breakfast. i really hope i won't get back my gastric.

Patient

Hello everybody! Last week, i asked my students to use the word 'patient' in their sentence. A girl named Chloe straight away said, " Teachers must be patient because they are teachers". i looked at that girl and asked, " Is that what you think of me." And with confidence, she said "Yes". When she said that, suddenly i felt guilty because that morning i scolded my 3 A students. So, am i a teacher because i lost patience with them? The next day, when i entered 3A, i looked at the students and started teaching. When they were talking, i stared at them and they kept quiet. Wow, that's good. i didn't smile at them , i just taught and taught. Then, we had a quiz. they answered my questions correctly and what else could i do ? So, i made a big announcement. I told them that they could have an early recess today because they behaved well in my class. All of them shouted Yehhhh and the monitor proudly stood up and said "Thank you, teacher...

Categories of students

The best - Students who are not only good at academic but they are also polite with teachers. Whenever they meet any teachers, they will greet the teacher although the teacher doesn't teach them.i am so touched with their attitude and i am so proud , i still have this kind of students in my school. My favourite - Students who are weak at academic but attitude is good. They listen to their teachers and do their work. One more thing, they are very helpful. There was one year, i cried because the form 5 girls came to see me before sitting for their examination. I was in Perak at that time. When they shook my hand, i cried and hugged the girls. They were weak at academic but very skillful. i always asked them to help me especially for decorating a place. It was very impressive because they were like professional interior designers. Until now, i miss those girls. Dot dot dot students - i don't want to give any comments because they don't deserve it. Let them be in their ow...
