I cooked masak lemak cili api ikan sembilang today. I bought three ikan keli at pasar tani this morning. They're quite big and long. The fish monger helped me cut the three fish into a few pieces. I washed the fish with limau kasturi ( from my garden ) and salt. Then I grilled the fish using my Europlus emerald multi cooker. But not all the grilled fish i put into my masak lemak because my son and I like eating the grilled fish panas-panas. For the recipe, I  just googled. Easy!
