I always raised my hand if I saw my neighbour while driving my car, either male or female but not all ler.  Older than me or younger a bit than me, yup I will raise my hand if I see them. The young ones, I just drove my car straight without looking left or right. 

My husband laughed when he saw me raising my hand while he was driving. He told me that may be, I was the only lady in my taman who raised her hand to the male neighbour. He thought I was weird and I think the guys also have the same thought. The guys were shocked at first but they also raised their hand to me. So, no problem laa. It's like saying hello.
