Sorry....

Hello! Good morning. Today, we are talking about sadaqah. i made a big mistake yesterday. Everybody knows that i am going to retire early and i won't get my pension for two years or to be more specific, 2 years 3 months. i tried to save some money and at the same time, spend it on my house/garden. Yesterday afternoon, after i finished my 4 periods class, two teachers saw me and excitedly asked me to sponsor something. I thought it was a lot so i told them i couldn't do it and explained my future situation. Now, i am feeling guilty. Haiii so this morning, i am going to find that teacher and give her some money. It's not good to say no, at least give a bit. That's my mother's best advice. There's one more thing i want to do for my school. Waqaf story books for the hip room. HIP room and the English Zone are my love for my students and the school.

The best night market

i went to bandar satelit pulau sebang night market just now. it's the best, better than machang or tampin night market. You can find lots and lots of food here like mi rebus / mi bandung johor, mi sup Utara, my favourite jagung bakar, chicken porridge, rojak buah, shushi, ayam percik, cempedak goreng yes, lamb grill, kacang kuda rebus, apam balik pandan etc.etc.etc. fuh dahsyatttt (scream). I didn't water my plants today, i just looked at them while enjoying my food. It's very windy at my half-completed garden (or shall i say a quarter) and it made me hungry. I did admire one brother there. He's so cool. My husband bought 2 sets of chicken chop butter rice at his stall. Before that, i noticed the way he put the french fries was a bit slow. He put it one by one like he was arranging a jigsaw puzzle. There're many customers behind us but he didn't care. May be, his motto of business is "Wait or you will regret". Yup, his customers didn't mind waiting...

Just be good ok

Sorry, i deleted the post about my x-maids. Well, all of us did make mistakes, including me. May Allah forgive us. Aamiin ya Allah. Actually, i wanted to share how i treated my x- maids when we ate in a restaurant. I always brought along my maid when we went back to kelantan or having family dinner outside. If a restaurant, we would order our food first then i would ask her to order hers. Or i let her choose the food that she liked at the food counter. Sometimes,i would let her sit together with us but all depend on the situation. It's bad if we are enjoying our meals whereas our maid is sitting there alone waiting for us, without any drink and food. They are humans like us, of course they also feel thirsty and hungry. At least, buy her a drink if you think the food is very expensive for your maid. All my maids enjoyed their outing. That's why my second maid cried when i wanted to take her back to the agent. i treated them well!

It's gardening time

Hello! I went to a nursery today. The owner was so happy to see me because it has been years i didn't go there. He is very friendly and funny and i did buy a few plants. My husband chose the plants for me and i love all of them. They are different kinds and colours. Before we left, the owner said," ok teacher , see you next month". His confidence level, not bad hahahaha. But i didn't have the heart to tell him that next month, my husband will take me to another nursery to find the suitable plants for our garden. May be, Gadek Nursery. Looking forward to it. Good night!

Be happy ok

Hello! it's raining here. I finished marking all my students' papers last Wednesday. it's a big relief actually. Today, i really had fun at school. We shared jokes and laughed, especially about our students' answers.  I remember, a few days after my father passed away, i was very sad but i had to go to school. In the morning, i was still not in a good mood but after that, my students shared stories with me, something that i couldn't imagine. I just laughed together with them. On the way home, when i stopped at the traffic lights then i remembered my father. I was so happy at school that i forgot i have lost my father forever.  There's one more incident. I had a terrible headache but i still went to school. My students did something in the class that made me laugh non stopped and it's loud. When i reached home, i realised that i didn't have the pain anymore. Wow! No need to see a doctor, no need to eat panadol, i just laughed. That's the secret.

Animal story

Once, there was a mouse stranded in our house. I think it came inside through the kitchen sliding door. Luckily, my husband was the one who saw it when he opened the kitchen cabinet. So, my husband bought a mouse trap and he put a a bit of curry puff to bait the mouse. The next day, it was trapped. Later, i saw the curry puff was still inside the mouse trap. It's like the mouse didn't touch or eat it. I did ask my husband why the mouse didn't eat the curry puff although it was very hungry . "The mouse knew that it's going to die when it was trapped, so no appetite to eat the curry puff" . That's my husband's answer. Yes, it's true. i had that feeling before.

Confused

We had our dinner at one of the resaturants in Pahang. My husband ordered three sets of chicken fried rice and an omelette (telur dadar). After a while , the waitress came and told me that there's no telur dadar. So, i told her to prepare two bullseye eggs ( telur mata kerbau) instead. And she agreed. Then my husband looked at me and asked , why we cannot have telur dadar but we can have two telur mata? Ontah.
